Customers can not only select unique and stylish furniture pieces but also customize those items to suit their own vision for house and home. While the customization process may seem daunting to some, here at Donna T. Pasetti our customers will be guided step by step through the process.
1. Select item.
2. Send a message to the store by clicking the chat icon on the screen Please make sure to include the product name 
3. A customer service representative will be in contact within 24 hours. The customization options will be made available to you in the follow-up email.  
4. Once the customization options have been decided upon information concerning payment options will be made available.
5. Once payment is made customers will have 24 hours to make any final adjustments or requests. After 24 hours the building process will begin, therefore changes cannot be made to the furniture item.
6. Shipping information will be provided after the item is finished and ready to be packed and sent to the customer's address.
7. The length of the entire process including shipping varies depending on the item. Larger furniture pieces will take longer than smaller items, however, customers can estimate between 8 - 12 weeks for most items. Details will be provided after selecting an item.
